Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy
At Kunja Dreaming, all artworks are professionally photographed to ensure they are represented as accurately as possible on our website. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not feel quite right once received. If you believe your artwork has been described inaccurately or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase date.
Where approved, we may offer: Store credit, or An exchange for another artwork, or a refund of the purchase price, minus any costs incurred by Kunja Dreaming (including shipping, packaging, and handling fees)
All returned print artworks must be sent back in their original condition, including the Certificate of Authenticity and all accompanying documentation. The safe return of the artwork remains the responsibility of the purchaser until it is received by us.
21-Day Change of Mind Guarantee
We also offer a 21-day change of mind period from the date of purchase on all art prints.
If you decide within this time that your artwork is not suitable, you may choose to:
Exchange it for another artwork of your choice, or Receive store credit for the purchase price, minus any costs incurred by Kunja Dreaming As above, all returned artworks must be in their original condition and include the Certificate of Authenticity and all relevant paperwork. Return shipping and safe delivery remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
Original Artwork — Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature and high value of our original artworks, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
We encourage collectors to carefully review all artwork photographs, dimensions, descriptions and details prior to purchasing.
Each original artwork is carefully packaged and dispatched via tracked courier, with signature required upon delivery and transit insurance for added protection.
If your artwork arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
